Frances Taylor brings a wealth of retail marketing experience to her new role managing Operations for Ohana Companies.

"I've worked in retail marketing for a long time, and rebates have been around for a while. In my experience there is no one else like Ohana Companies in the marketplace," said Taylor. "I'm a process-and-data maven, and I believe that this is a great opportunity for me to bring a retailer's perspective to the mix at Ohana Companies. I have had occasion to work with Chris Quinlan in the past as a retailer, and I share his vision for a revolution in rebates where 'Everybody wins.'"

For the past 14 years, Taylor has worked in a number of roles within CompUSA (Dallas, Texas), one of the nation's leading retailers and resellers of technology products and services. For the past three years she has been Director of Promotions for the company. Previously, Taylor worked in Operations for CompUSA and also for Micro Center, Inc. (Columbus, Ohio), another of the nation's largest computer retailers. Earlier, she spent seven years with retailer Montgomery Ward (Chicago, Illinois) in Store management and Regional management positions. Taylor received her bachelor's degrees in Management and Marketing (and minored in Computer Science) from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech University.
