Case Study: Smooth & Easy RebatesSelected as the rebate processor for a large State Appliance Rebate Program, Ohana was sought after to manage, process and fulfill rebates for the state’s $17+ million in funds. Looking for a smooth and easy process for eligible residents to receive their payments, the state chose Ohana to manage its mail-in program and operate its reservation/ priority system, which ultimately delivered over 70,000 prepaid cards to local residents.
